Right now, the lovely daughters are making cookies for the homeschooling picnic tomorrow.
I spoke at length to a famous medical intuitive – neuroscientist – psychiatrist. She can read a person’s life and health with only the knowledge of their name and age. She’s appeared on the Discovery Channel, and has top notch real medicine Boston credentials.
I wanted to hear what she had to say about my health vis-a-vis my life. The first half of my life was very chaotic, the second half has been very busy. At midlife I have real issues to contend with, I wanted to hear what she had to say.
It was unnerving because she saw the whole dramatic sweep.
Oh well, those were the cards dealt to me. I am a highly sensitive person (Google it, maybe you are one too!). It’s a gift, but it has to be managed.
This blog’s name comes from a lovely book by Cecily Hallack, Candlelight Attic. Cecily was an authoress in England. She was a Catholic convert and has the dearest vision of heaven and God of anyone I’ve ever read. Her books are very out of print, and very comforting.
Candlelight Attic is my favorite. It’s a collection of seven supernatural tales. I keep a copy next to my bed, and it is a beautiful comfort in the middle of the night.

YAY! I like it! I want to find my own copy of Candlelight Attic.
You conitnue to inspire me. I love you my dear sister.
Merci
