Vegan Mango Spread

I made vegan mango spread today. I needed a fruit spread and there wasn’t any in the house. I was at Trader Joe’s in Cambridge yesterday, and bought 5 bags of frozen mangoes. TJ’s has the best frozen mangoes. Better than Dole, better than what-passes-for-mango in the Latino food aisle of the supermarket.
